If you’re looking for meaningful work where you can build relationships with clients and make a difference in their everyday lives, we’d love to hear from you. Guardian Senior Care, LLC welcomes experienced Nursing Assistants and caring individuals who are interested in becoming part of our care team.

Getting started is simple. Complete our online application, and once it’s submitted, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a phone interview. From there, we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have along the way.

Choose a position

Select an available position, or choose No specific location to submit a general application.

Fill out the form completely

Complete the online form with your contact details, skills, work history, education, references, and other requested information. Applications must be filled out online.

Verify and submit

Read the verification statement, acknowledge it, and enter your name.

Book the phone interview

After submitting, schedule your phone interview so Guardian can continue the process.

What happens after you book

Guardian reviews your application and booking request, confirms the interview time, and keeps you informed as you move through the remaining steps.

Phone screening and interview

The first conversation is a phone screening. If the process moves forward, Guardian invites you to an in-person interview at the Watertown office.

Bring copies of relevant licenses and certificates, including health-related certificates or licenses and your driver's license.

Complete onboarding online

If offered a position, you'll receive an onboarding account to complete your paperwork and pre-orientation on your phone or computer.

In-person orientation

Attend orientation at Guardian's office in Watertown, South Dakota to complete the final requirements and training that must be done in person.

  • Employment eligibility documents for the I-9, such as a social security card and driver's license
  • Licenses, certificates, and evidence of training
  • Recent two-step tuberculosis screening results
  • Current auto insurance card if you will transport clients
