Our skilled nursing services are provided with oversight from a Registered Nurse to help ensure that care is delivered safely and consistently. Services are tailored to each client's needs and may include:
- Exercise therapy as ordered by physical or occupational therapists
- Medication administration and medication caddy set ups
- Medication tracking and documentation
- Transfers that are full body weight, with use of equipment
- Ace wraps and braces
- Wound care
- Bowel program management
- Blood glucose checks & diabetes management
- Dietary assistance, including carbohydrate counting and low-sodium diets
- Assistance with feeding by mouth
- Catheter care and management
- Ostomy care and management
- Tracheostomy care and management
